The IICA-EUROCLIMA Project conducted this past November a course on: Climate Risk Management: A tool for evaluation, which is modeled after the experience developed in Costa Rica as an example of adapting agriculture to climate change. The aim was to show the importance of systematization of meteorological data and applications for use in planning sectoral activities promoting the development of these similar tools in other countries.
