Ban Ki-Moon Presses Rich Nations for $100 Billion Climate Plan

The United Nations will convene a meeting on the issue in New York next month and wants clear commitments on support for the least-developed countries and islands most at risk of being swamped by rising sea levels, Ban said on Wednesday.
